Specified Disease Policy

Coverage for expenses associated with hospitalization, surgery and other treatment of many serious diseases. With this policy you only have to pay the deductible once in your lifetime for each of the covered diseases while the policy is in force.

Hospital Indemnity Plus

The Hospital Indemnity Plus provides coverage for hospital confinement, surgery benefits, and outpatient procedures. With this policy, there are no deductibles and you choose the benefit plan that best meets your needs.

Indemnity Policy

Concerned about the potential financial consequences of a hospital stay or surgery? This policy allows you to choose between $3,000 or $4,000 in surgery benefits, with a $100 per day hospital stay, giving you the flexibility to select the coverage that best suits your needs.
